Making the declaration Embassy of Israel in India said today that in the coming weeks, the Ministries of Defense, Foreign Affairs, and Health will lead an uncommon activity in the battle against the coronavirus in collaboration with the Indian Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser.
In a series of tweets, the embassy said that a high-ranking research and development (R&D) team of Israel's Defence Ministry will be flying to New Delhi on a special flight.
The flight will also bring breakthrough emerging Israeli technologies for combatting COVID-19, which have been donated by Israel's Foreign Ministry and private sector meant to bolster India's response to the virus outbreak. The plane will also deliver mechanical ventilators.
The COVID-19 case fatality rate has further dropped to 2.31 per cent, the ministry said.
During a telephone briefing with diplomatic reporters, Israeli Ambassador to India Ron Malka said that all necessary licenses had been obtained to conduct the trials there.

A second, affordable biochemical test can be used at home and gives a result in 30 minutes.

In addition to the DDR&D team, the delegation also includes engineers and other professionals from the companies involved in the development of the various diagnostic technologies.
