Robert Woods says Reggie Bush deserves a statue at USC

Many attribute Bush's impactful and controversial time with the Trojans as the reason for why they chose to play and go to USC in subsequent years. He inspired players to become Trojans and continued to be adored by USC fans while spending a decade in NCAA-mandated exile from the school.

As we formerly reported, there was a significant NCAA guideline modification just recently which essentially minimized any significant disassociation to a 10- year disassociation.

"I've dreamed of this day for 10-plus years, and I'm excited to come home!" the former Heisman Trophy victor said. Bush said in a statement.

Bush was famously banished from having an affiliation along with his alma mater means again in 2010 ... after an NCAA investigation decided the previous RB obtained improper advantages throughout his time on the college.

USC President Carol Folt wrote in a letter to Bush that all restrictions had been officially lifted and that she could now "have privileges and courtesies extended to all former Trojan soccer players".

Bush was a key part of the teams that won national championships in 2003 and 2004 and had a streak of 34 consecutive victories during his career at USC.

United States jobless claims continue gradual decline, remain elevated

India's COVID-19 tally crosses 2.76 lakh, Death toll at 7745
The health department said that there were 18,543 active cases with 11,861 patients having recovered from the virus. He added that 4,200 beds are now vacant but the state will need nearly 1.5 lakh beds by the end of July.

Woods wasn't quite as good during his time at USC, but he still had 2,930 receiving yards and 32 touchdown catches in three seasons, landing in the National Football League as a second-round pick by the Bills in 2013.

Bush, 35, recorded 2,218 yards from scrimmage and 19 touchdowns during his final season with the Trojans in 2005 and totaled 3,169 rushing yards, 1,301 receiving yards and 43 scores in three seasons at USC. He voluntarily returned the statue to the Heisman Trophy Trust before the organization had a chance to strip him of it. Bush is the only Heisman victor who has not been recognized by the Heisman Trust.

"I've enjoyed getting to know Reggie and so many of his teammates, and I'm pleased his disassociation has ended so that we can welcome him back to our family". Bush lost his Heisman Trophy, images of him were removed from the USC campus.

Heisman spokesman Tim Henning said the trust was aware of USC's announcement regarding Bush but had no immediate comment.

Bush's dominance on the field led a lot of players to pick USC out of high school, acting as a silent recruiter because of how electric he was during his heyday. Bush also won other awards in 2005 that were not vacated, including the Doak Walker Award, the Walter Camp Award, and the AP Player of the Year. He's a part of USC. The best soccer player of the USC, in my opinion. "He needs a statue, too". He later played for the Miami Dolphins, Detroit Lions, San Francisco 49ers and Buffalo Bills, but never made a Pro Bowl, before retiring in 2017.
