Carole Baskin Wins Control of Oklahoma Zoo That Used to Be Joe Exotic's

Joe Exotic, protagonist of Netflix's docuseries "Tiger King", has lost his Oklahoma zoo to arch rival Carole Baskin after a U.S. judge ruled in her favour as part of a $1 million trademark dispute.

The judge ruled that the zoo must pass to the control of Baskin, who owns and operates Big Cat Rescue, within 120 days, the report said.

Mr Lowe now has 120 days to vacate the zoo's premises and take all of the animals with him.

Carole Baskin, the long-term rival of famous zoo operator Joe Exotic, has been handed control of Exotic's zoo in Oklahoma after it was proven that the zoo properties were fraudulently transferred so Exotic could avoid paying Baskin in a $1 million trademark judgment.

Exotic - real name Joseph Maldonado-Passage - is now in prison, having been found guilty of 17 counts of animal abuse and a murder-for-hire plot against Baskin, and sentenced to 22 years. He is now serving a 22 year prison sentence.
