Google announced today, that it has chose to push the announcement of Beta version of Android 11 by a month. Earlier, the company via a trailer announced that the Android 11 The Beta Launch Show on June 3, 2020.

In a tweet on Friday, May 29 evening, Android's developer account said that "We are excited to tell you more about Android 11, but now is not the time to celebrate", The Verge reports.

"If the PS5 event goes ahead without a delay, and clearly the ongoing protests in the U.S. means that a delay is possible, I'm expecting a strong showing from Sony", he said. In a blogpost published in May, the Android Developers team at Google said, "When we started planning Android 11, we didn't expect the kinds of changes that would find their way to all of us, across almost every region in the world". Nationwide protests have created a state of civil unrest, and people all around the country are being affected by the happenings. The company was expected to reveal Android 11, as well as possibly the Google Pixel 4a during the event.
