Trump Administration Declares Coronavirus a Public Health Emergency, Imposes Travel Restrictions, Mandatory Quarantines

The World Health Organization (WHO) on Thursday declared that the virus, which originated in city of Wuhan in Hubei Province some time in December, is a public health emergency of worldwide concern. China has moved to lock down at least three big cities in an unprecedented effort to contain the deadly new virus that has sickened hundreds of people and spread to other parts of the world.
